The Villa Pamira occupies a spacious area of 2346 m² and is surrounded by walls that create an exclusive private living space. Your well-being and privacy are our top priorities, and our security measures are aimed at providing you with a carefree and protected stay.

The spacious living room spans an area of 28 m² and has been furnished with great attention to detail. It includes a cozy seating area, a modern television, an efficient air conditioning system, a stylish coffee table, two tasteful side tables, a comfortable rocking chair, an appealing wine rack, an inviting fireplace, and a generous dining table for 8 people (by the pool). Two doors lead from this inviting space directly to the terrace and garden.

Thoughtful lighting elements contribute to the overall atmosphere of the living room while also serving as decorative accents. Specifically designed wall sconces, elegant table lamps, and artistic lampshades have been strategically placed to create a cozy ambiance. Additionally, the living room offers a picturesque view of the refreshing pool.

Villa Pamira features a brand-new, modern kitchen that is fully equipped and ideal for cooking. The high-quality integrated appliances include a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, an efficient extractor hood, a kettle, a coffee machine, and an electric water boiler, all made from high-quality stainless steel. For your culinary creations, whether it’s an extensive breakfast or a festive dinner, pots, pans, elegant plates, cutlery, and special knife sets are available. A spacious dining table for 8 people is available on the terrace, and a convenient high chair for our youngest guests ensures that every meal becomes a social experience.

The sports field (featuring tennis, basketball, soccer, badminton, volleyball and table tennis) spans dimensions of 20m x 7.80m. The playing area is equipped with modern lighting systems to facilitate night games.

For soccer, two portable goals are available, while the basketball area features two hoops. Tennis and volleyball players will find well-maintained nets, and all necessary equipment for the games is provided. We prioritize keeping the facility in optimal condition so that you can fully enjoy your sporting activities.
