It includes a cozy seating area, a modern television, an efficient air conditioning system, a stylish coffee table, two tasteful side tables, a comfortable rocking chair, an appealing wine rack, an inviting fireplace, and a dining table for 4 people. Two doors lead from this inviting space directly to the terrace and garden.

Thoughtful lighting elements contribute to the overall atmosphere of the living room while also serving as decorative accents. Specifically designed wall sconces, elegant table lamps, and artistic lampshades have been strategically placed to create a cozy ambiance. Additionally, the living room offers a picturesque view of the refreshing pool.

The Villa Neveda features a brand-new, modern kitchen that is fully equipped and ideal for cooking. The high-quality integrated appliances include a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, an efficient extractor hood, a kettle, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Everything is made of high-quality stainless steel.

A generous dining table for 8 people is available on the terrace, and a convenient high chair for our littlest guests ensures that every meal is a social experience.

Villa Neveda sports facility

The sports facility (tennis, basketball, soccer, badminton, volleyball and table tennis) spans dimensions of 32.80 m x 17.50 m. The playing field is equipped with modern lighting systems to allow for night games.

For soccer, two portable goals are available, while the basketball area features two hoops. Tennis and volleyball players will find well-maintained nets, and all necessary equipment for the games is provided. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the facility is always in optimal condition so that you can fully enjoy your sporting activities.
